How pricing works

Small sites are best priced by site size and complexity, rather than by individual access points. Each package below includes Wi-Fi hardware to suit your site, plus design, configuration, documentation, and support.

Switching & PoE: where required, we include appropriate PoE switching to support the Wi-Fi network. Existing switching will be assessed and reused where suitable.

Final scope and price are confirmed during remote design, before anything is ordered or scheduled.

You provide: mounting + patching into existing cabling. We provide: placement guidance and configuration.

AP ranges are typical guidance. Final AP count and model are confirmed during remote design.

Design and commitment: remote design confirms the right band and scope. If you proceed, design is included in the bundle price. If you don’t proceed, the completed design is chargeable at the standard design-only rate.

Cabling is not included. If new cabling is required, we’ll quote it separately.

Our Commitment

We take responsibility for recommending the right approach for each site. If, following delivery, the solution does not reasonably meet the agreed requirements for coverage or usability within the agreed scope, we will work with you to remediate the issue.

Where on-site design is recommended but declined, this guarantee is limited to the assumptions of the remote design.

If you only need design (no hardware or installation), we provide remote and on-site Wi-Fi design as a standalone service.
