Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy


You may return most new, unopened items purchased direct within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Items returned incomplete or not in "like new" condition (including packaging) will be subject to return to the customer or a £25 per item refurbishing fee at our discretion. Note that resellers may have different return policies.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, please submit an RMA request. Returns MUST be shipped to the address you will be provided and include your RMA number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


You may cancel your order any time before 14:00 on the day you placed the order and receive a full refund. If you order has already been shipped but not received then you order can be cancelled and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed (as per our returns and refund policy).

If your order has been delivered you will need to submit an RMA request and follow our returns procedure.
