We got in touch with Utility Networks for advice on maintaining connectivity while working on remote construction sites with weak or no mobile network coverage. They understood our requirements and were confident in their recomendations. They have provided a cost effective package including an antenna, router and WiFi access point which all work astonishingly well. We now have a good 4g data connection with excellent WiFi suitable for internet and calls in remote locations where mobile phones receive no signal. First class and very quick service from Jamie we were up and running in a couple of days from first contact. Would strongly recommend.

We initially ordered access points that didn’t meet our needs, this was totally our mistake. Debbie and the Utility Networks team worked closely with us, diagnosing the problem and spending a few hours on calls, ultimately providing more powerful replacements. They accepted the return of the original units even though we’d already discarded the packaging. Months later, they’re still checking in to ensure everything remains stable, without charging us for ongoing support. I can’t recommend Utility Networks highly enough

Cloudlink is a Irish based IT services provider. Since 2015 we have being using Utility Networks to supply us with all of our Open Mesh and recently Plasma Cloud devices. Having a partner that allows me quick access to these products means I can quickly rollout WiFi projects for my customers. Their helpdesk is always available when I need it and their pricing fits nicely with the market I supply to especially the new Plasma Cloud range. The shopping experience is straight forward and flexible in allowing me to transfer payment direct and get shipments processed quickly.

Having been a Ubiquiti user with AC-Lite AP's for many years, replacing them with PAX5400's has been a breath of fresh air. The on-boarding process with the Plasma Cloud portal is seamless and the performance of the 5400's far exceeds expectations. It's not apples for apples, obviously, but performance is 100% consistent with the PAX5400's when paired with FTTC speeds and wasn't with the AC-Lites.
