Before you start, decide where you want to place the access point. Ideally, it should be in a central location to ensure optimal coverage. The included mounting kit makes it easy to install on a wall or ceiling. If you prefer, you can also place it on a flat surface, like a desk or shelf.

Using mounting kits included, mount your device to desired location on wall or ceiling. If you’re using Power over Ethernet (PoE), simply connect the Ethernet cable from your PoE switch to the access point. This single cable will provide both power and data connectivity. If you’re not using PoE, you’ll need to use a power adapter along with an Ethernet cable to connect the device to your router or switch. Blue LED light will indicate the device is powered up.
4. Manage via the Plasma Cloud Dashboard
Once your access point is connected and powered on, check it is online and active. Use a device that’s already connected to your network (like a laptop or smartphone) to access the Plasma Cloud Dashboard.
5. Deploy and Enjoy
After completing the above steps, the Plasma Cloud Access Point will automatically deploy the settings, and your network will be live. From the dashboard, you can monitor your network’s performance, manage connected devices, and make any adjustments as needed.
